Ankora Retaining Wall System was constructed in two different locations off this development property in Delta, B.C. The first location is on the corner of the property that backs onto the hillside and the other side slopes towards River Rd. The Second wall is located on the same slope towards the middle of the property. It was crucial to not excavate too much of the slope because it supports houses above. Ankora was best suited, the wall was constructed right up to the hillside, excavating significantly less than what a traditional MSE retaining wall would require. This maximized the square footage for the client, without compromising future building plans.
