The Ankora Retaining Wall Blocks:

Our Precast Concrete Blocks

The Ankora Retaining Wall System is a patented system comprising several key components designed to create sturdy and aesthetically pleasing retaining walls.

Ankora Retaining Wall Block

Here’s a breakdown of each component:

The Ankora Block

This is the primary building block of the system. It is a precast concrete block designed specifically for use in retaining walls. These blocks are interlocking, allowing for easy assembly and a secure fit.

Foundation Footing Plate (Base Plate):

The foundation footing plate, also known as the base plate, provides a stable foundation for the retaining wall. It is placed at the bottom of the wall and serves to distribute the weight of the wall evenly, preventing sinking or shifting over time.

Fascia Board:

The fascia board is a decorative element of the retaining wall system. It is installed on the front-facing side of the wall, providing a finished appearance. Fascia boards can come in various designs to match the wall, such as our cedar or rock face.

Top Cap:

The top cap serves as the finishing touch for the retaining wall. It is placed on top of the wall, providing a smooth and level surface. The top cap also helps to protect the top of the wall from weathering and provides a comfortable surface for seating if desired.

By combining these components, the Ankora Retaining Wall System offers a durable and visually appealing solution for retaining walls in various landscapes and architectural designs. Additionally, being a patented system, it likely offers unique features or advantages compared to traditional retaining wall construction methods.
